Our philosophy in fitness programming is cemented by the idea that no step taken with us is "unintentional." Often folks approach fitness exercise in a peculiarly unspecific, impersonalized manor. Think about the last time you witness exercise (fitness program on television, a glimpse of "personal training" at the local health club, exercising with your college buddy at the YMCA, etc.). Personal trainers are responsible for more than helping our client's lose weight—more importantly we are responsible for helping you to safely and effectively live a healthier, more productive, functionally superior lifestyle.
