    I am a professional "in-home" personal trainer located in Naperville, IL, 60540, specializing in core strength, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) sport conditioning, bodyweight exercise and in home personal fitness training. In addition to Naperville, I also provide in home personal training in Chicago and several other nearby cities including Aurora and Warrenville. I travel frequently to train and coach clients in villages and cities in Kendall and DuPage Counties. I've been fitness training for more than 10 years. I now provide personal training and MMA coaching exclusively to in-home training clients. I offer 2 formats of training and MMA coaching services—personal training or coaching (one-on-one) and small group training (typically no more than 6 participants). I find the experience to be most beneficial to my clients because my clients do not have to commute back and forth to a gym or training center. Additionally, I supply all necessary training equipment and accessories including kettle bells (for kettle bell conditioning and strength training), resistance bands, and various portable fitness tools perfect for in home personal training and MMA conditioning.

    My goal as a personal trainer and MMA conditioning coach is to teach people how to better understand their body and abilities based on their current physical condition, limitations, and needs as well as how to look forward in training to realize their physical and mental potential. Teaching and coaching a student to become stronger, more flexible, better conditioned and more focused takes time. Only through proper execution of training principles, healthy eating, and precise repetition of exercises and training patterns will a person become stronger, faster, better able to handle stress under pressure and increase endurance to a level necessary to be considered ultimately fit for any chosen task, such as outdoor recreation (hiking, running, climbing, etc.) or competitive sports like MMA involving Jui Jitsu, Wrestling, Boxing, Muay Thai, Shootfighting, Karate, and other martial arts disciplines.
