    From the beginning, I've specialized in functional training methods for my clients, taking them to previously unmatched results in their own personal fitness. My philosophy is simple... concentrate on what's most important for our client's success. We start by teaching basic freeweight exercises with light weights, and progress over time to more complicated and intense movements. This strategy will always achieve a stronger and more balanced physique, as well as providing an almost unlimited variety of exercises and modalities that remain interesting and challenging for years to come.

    I gently encourage them and educate them to move away from the unhealthy habits they've become accustom to and to start incorporating healthier eating and exercise habits at a pace that works with their lifestyle... I make it work for each individual. From relatively meager to extremely lofty goals, I will be there with you to help you get results.
