    What is special about Sarah's online and personal training services?

    Online personal training has become increasingly popular. Sarah Ostroski has devised a program, launched in January of 2014, includes several service options. Members will have access to 4 weeks of workouts every month demonstrated by video online. Each workout online consists of novice, active, and experienced workouts from which a member may choose. Each workout video exercise tutorial includes weight training sessions, cardiovascular training and guidelines, and updated flexibility routines. Each member does have access to Sarah's monthly online newsletter written to help educate members on exercise form and updates on science based exercise modalities, as well as fitness and exercise tips.

    Although there are other online personal training programs available, Sarah offers an entire package. All exercise programs are designed by ACSM certified personal trainer, Sarah Ostroski. Sarah is SCW Sports Nutrition, Functional Flexibility, and Weight Management Certified. You will have full time email access to your real live personal trainer. Sarah has personally recorded, edited and narrated over 200 detailed videos hosted online to assist clients in proper exercise execution. Each video has detailed descriptions of proper form and breathing techniques to assist clients in their fitness journey.

    Sarah currently offers two levels of membership. Membership levels include the Full Body Workout Series and the Custom Client. Each membership is unique, and it is up to you to decide which one you think will be best for you. The Full Body Workout Series includes exercise programs (written by Sarah) for three levels of fitness. Additionally, cardiovascular and flexibility routines are always prescribed. The Custom Client includes all of the features of the Full Body Workout Series; however, it is a true one-on-one online personal training package. Regular fitness assessments are given, and Sarah designs custom workout routines to suit your personal fitness and wellness goals. Additionally, this package includes video conferencing every month (you must have Skype or ooVoo). *All memberships include access to Sarah's monthly newsletter.
