Hello, thank you for visiting! I am a certified personal trainer and professional bodybuilder offering personal training services in San Fernando, Trinidad and Tobago. My training services include large and small-group fitness coaching, strength and conditioning, functional training, and one-on-one personal training. In addition to personal training, I provide online fitness coaching and consultation for bodybuilding contest preparation, general fitness training and exercise programming.
In short, I practice every word of what I preach. I have been an athlete since I was 7 and have competed in martial arts, track & field, gymnastics and currently compete in bodybuilding. These lifetime experiences have prepared me with specialized skill sets necessary for providing beginner through advanced exercise programming and fitness coaching. Using my platform as a nationally ranked competitive bodybuilder and 8 years certified (AFAA) professional trainer, it is my pleasure and responsibility to share all I have learned, and continue to learn, about exercise, personal training, fitness, athletics, and competitive sports competition programming.

I love interacting with crowds and meeting new people, so making guest appearances, and doing lectures, workshops and group consultations are a part of my giving back to the people that support me and those who would like to know more about bodybuilding, health and fitness. I enjoy hosting events of all types and take pride in my sport and my ability to motivate and encourage women as well as people from all walks of life, to embrace regular physical exercise and a healthier lifestyle.

As you can see by the contest results listed from bodybuilding competitions in which I've competed since 2008, I have earned every win by choice and preparation. Preparing for your first bodybuilding contest can be intimidating. The last 5 days of your contest preparation can make or break months of intense training and dieting. Understanding how to manage your calories, carbohydrates, sodium, and water intake is essential to performing well and peaking on the day of contest. Developing a strategy for preparing and executing a detailed plan for diet, cardio, training, contest prep, and posing for your first bodybuilding show isn't a game of chance—you must know how to plan properly in order to produce maximum vascularity, striations, and dense or "grainy" muscularity detail in your physique.
