Fitness Programs for Obese, Overweight, and Healthy Weight Individuals
Exercising in a small-group or one-on-one, our fitness and exercise programs are specifically designed to meet the needs of obese, overweight, and ideal weight people. Each program has its strengths and weaknesses depending on the particular needs, limitations, motivations, and expectations of an individual. While fitness programming and exercise is beneficial to most, in some cases, unsupervised exercise can aggravate a medical condition, illness, or disorder, possibly causing further illness or injury. If you have been diagnosed, by a medical doctor, with an illness, disorder, or condition that warrants doctor intervention prior to exercise, please consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise program.
