Hello, Elizabeth Rogers here! I am a certified personal fitness trainer providing mobile personal training and group exercise classes in ideal locations and public parks in Austin, Texas. I'm a proud "Austinite", I absolutely love living and working in the heart of Texas — Austin! As an exercise professional, I help people maintain their ideal bodyweight, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, cardio stamina, lose excess body fat and reach personal fitness and performance goals. I help my clients increase their physical fitness by teaching them to adhere to a safe, progressive and consistent exercise program balanced with daily healthy eating.
As a certified personal trainer qualified by formal training with nationally accredited fitness and exercise instructor training organizations including the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM Certificate ID: 1433796) and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA License 406688) I have earned the respect and trust of my clients and I am dedicated to providing practical and academic exercise and fitness experiences that translate into high value learning opportunities and improved fitness results for my clients. Additionally, I am CPR/AED Certified by the American Heart Association (AHA License, TX, 20736). I believe in and share my knowledge and practical experience in teaching exercise as a form of therapy responsible for better health, happiness, and overall well-being. I encourage my clients who work at an office, attend school, or work at home raising a family to challenge themselves to live up to their potential for living a healthy lifestyle and enjoy the benefits of being regularly active.
You can expect that we will sit down together and discuss your physical needs, limitations, and expectations, complete a simple physical activity readiness questionnaire and develop a schedule of regular exercise that works for you. We will discuss your challenges and together work toward solutions in a practical manner. A positive attitude, attention to detail, nutrition and strict exercise form — you can expect consistent progress and have a lot of fun along the way!
My services as an exercise professional extend from both 60 minutes and 30 minutes sessions of one-on-one personal fitness training, work-site employee nutrition and fitness seminars, and group exercise classes throughout South Austin and in public parks including Town Lake, Pease Park, and Shipe Park.
