I look forward to sharing my practical experience in diet, bodybuilding and training.
Hello, my name is Curtis Fisher, I am a personal fitness trainer, diet consultant and bodybuilding contest trainer offering personal and group training services in Torrance, CA, 90505. I work in a private studio and outdoors. More than a single-visioned hardcore bodybuilder—it is my awesome experience and pleasure to have the opportunity to work with people of all ability and fitness levels interested in getting in better physical shape and staying healthy—lifelong.
I have a life time of experience in training as well as a competitive bodybuilding background and I have been winning natural contests on the amateur level since 1998. I have 15 years experience training competitive fitness athletes as well as the average person. I've worked with clients who are 10 years old and up. I can help you lose weight in a week with my personal training and diet tips. I can also show you how to build muscle and strength. As a regularly featured bodybuilder and personal trainer in magazines such as Muscle Mag and Iron Man, I contribute to many articles on subject matter related to calisthenics, bodybuilding competition training, sports performance training, bodybuilding nutrition, and diet.
I won 1st place in the 2001 Musclemania bodybuilding competition which aired on ESPN. I was also featured in the February 2013 Ironman Magazine article "Arrested Development." It detailed my standout client who was overweight and got shredded losing more than 60 pounds in 5 months. You can expect to be challenged to exercise at your full potential, safely, and with expert instruction on exercise form and movement efficiency. I know we all can do more than we expect. I will never put anyone at risk or injury and am a very knowledgable trainer with years of experience in athletics, diet, nutrition and supplementation. My clients can expect to be safely pushed past their comfort zone for maximum results. Depending on my client's goals, each session is formatted to work on intended muscle groups to strengthen and improve performance and aesthetic balance. On a typical training session we start out warming the big muscles up—move to exercises using free weights, perfectly modified squats, back training, and shoulders, to allow me to get an idea of your overall challenges, limitations and abilities, and overall fitness level. Usually after the first day I create a workout program depending on the amount of days a week my client is prepared to train.
